Some questions benefit from a specialist’s perspective.
Time with an expert who can review the concern, explain what they see, and help you decide what comes next.
- You want another expert to review the plan.
- Talk through a diagnosis, proposed treatment, scan, or procedure before you decide what to do.
- You have results, but not enough clarity.
- Bring the report and the questions it raised. Leave with language you can understand and use.
- The right expertise is hard to reach nearby.
- Look beyond your immediate area for a clinician whose experience fits the concern.
- You have a concern but are not sure where to start.
- Browse by area of care or specialty, then choose a clinician who can help you understand your options.
Your clinician should know why you are there.
Add the records, results, and questions that matter before the visit. You do not need to upload everything – only what helps tell the story.
- Describe the main concern in your own words
- Add relevant reports, labs, or images
- Write down the questions you do not want to forget
- Your question
- “My MRI shows a torn meniscus and surgery was suggested. Do I need it, or should I try physical therapy first?”
- Shared records
- Knee MRI report
- Orthopedic visit notes
- Current medications
- Consultation
- Video consultation with a verified specialist.
Everything you need for the visit, kept together.
- A verified clinician
- Review a clear profile before you choose, including specialty, experience, and areas of focus.
- A focused video consultation
- Meet privately from a place that works for you, without a commute or a waiting room.
- Your information in one place
- Keep shared records, messages, and visit details connected to your account.
- A clinician who has read your notes
